Holistic approach to the prevention of hernia?
Q: Looks like I’m doing another. I have had four different places with 4 surgeries with mesh is inserted. I am 70 years old, trim, healthy, active, health conscious. What can I do for prevention? Supplements, vitamins, exercise, support? I have no known predisposing factors except for age. Apart from COPD, constipation, tescular problem, Is there any other conditions you must address prevention? Please give me the vitamins and supplements to strenth connective tissue, fascia, muscles that are then held together, hold in the intestines. Thank you.
A: Find chiropractors who are insured in your area that do hernea non-invasive treatments. I managed to help my sister’s mother Lin law to find one for her in Spokane Washington. It was because of hernia surgery, and after six treatments of chiropractic, the doctor was amazed that healed on their own. Good luck
